All Paisley Snail products are printed and shipped on demand. This means your order is made especially for you and sent directly from the print provider.

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

All Paisley Snail products are printed on demand, which means each item is made especially for you when you place an order. Because of this, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or style — so please double‑check your choices before checking out.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty in any way, I’ll sort it. Just send a photo of the issue and your order number within 14 days of delivery, and I’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

If your parcel goes missing in transit, let me know and I’ll investigate with the printer and postal service. Replacements can be issued once the loss is confirmed.
